St Moritz is a prestigious building that includes six aquatic spaces in the basement including a 25 meter pool, two communal spas at different temperatures, hot and cold plunge pools in the recovery section and a VIP Spa. Complementing the aquatic area is a large circular water feature in the main entry stairway, and an outdoor Water feature attached to the entry off St Kilda Esplanade.
This project was a collaboration with Momentum Pools where we assisted in the construction of the plant room, commissioning and staff training. We supplied a 450 kW boiler skid on the roof, provide a copper ring main 12 floors down to the basement, mechanical switchboards, programming, electrical installation and water quality equipment.
We are proud to still service this beautiful facility supporting the team in managing and mantaining water quality and equipment functioning.
